The 2025 UBC Vancouver Campus as a Living Lab Fund Competition opens on September 1, 2025.

All projects applying to the 2025 UBC Vancouver CLL Fund Competition must submit a Notice of Intent (NOI). The NOI is non-competitive and will be used to facilitate communication during the competition, register for information sessions, and select peer reviewers.  

Applicants will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro to access and complete the NOI form. Applicants should download and save the NOI form to their computer to fill in. Do not complete via a web browser, as some of the form fields may not work correctly. Once you have completed the NOI form, please upload the PDF using the link below. Only one Project Lead should upload the application on behalf of the team.

The NOI intake for the 2025 UBC Vancouver CLL Fund Competition is now closed.

Project teams that submitted an Notice of Intent and passed the eligibility review will be invited to develop a full proposal and submit their application for the 2025 UBC Vancouver CLL Fund Competition. Invitations will be sent via email from the CLL team to the faculty and staff leads listed in the NOI. The application form and submission portal will also be shared in that email.

To complete the application, applicants must fill out the PDF form on their computer using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Applications will only be accepted through the online portal provided in the email. Only one Project Lead should submit the application on behalf of the team.

The application submission deadline is on November 28, 2025 at 11:59pm.
